About A Teacher

A teacher is also called a school teacher or formally an educator, is a person who helps  students to acquire knowledge about a Topic Are more then one topic, competence or virtue.
Informally the role of the teacher can be taken by anyone (For Example when teaching a colleague how to do a particular task). In some nations, teaching young people can be done informally, such as at home , instead of in a formal setting such as a school or a college. Other activities may include a significant amount of teaching (e.g., youth worker, teacher).

In many countries, formal education is provided by paid teachers. This article focuses on those who are employed, as their primary role, to teach others in the context of formal education, such as in school or in some other form of formal education or training.

Duties Of A Teacher

The role of the teacher may be culturally different.

Teachers can provide literacy and numeracy instruction, arts, art or vocational training, religion, community roles, social or life skills.

Formal teaching activities include subject-based curriculum preparation, subject delivery, and assessment of student progress.

The teacher's responsibilities may go beyond formal teaching. Outside the classroom teachers can accompany students on field trips, guide classrooms, help organize school activities, and serve as supervisors for after-school activities. In some educational programs, teachers may be required to discipline students.

 Qualification Of A Teacher

In many countries, a person who wishes to become a teacher must obtain specified professional qualifications  from a university or college. These professional qualifications may the study of pedagogy, the science of teaching. Teachers may have to, or choose to, continue their education after they qualify for Teaching, a process known as the continuing professional development.

The issue of teaching qualifications is relevant to the nature of the work. In some communities, teachers enjoy an equal position with doctors, lawyers, engineers, and accountants, and in others, the standard of living is lower. In the 20th century, many intelligent women were unable to find employment in governments so many chose to teach as a career. With more and more women being accepted by  governments today, it may be difficult to attract qualified teachers in the future.

Teachers are often required to take initial courses at the College of Education to ensure that they have the necessary knowledge, skills and adherence to appropriate codes of conduct.
There are a variety of bodies designed to preserve, instill and update the professional standing and knowledge of teachers. Worldwide many teacher training colleges are available; they may be regulated by the government or by the education system itself.

They are often established to help and protect the public interest by ensuring, managing, quality control, and enforcing standards of service in the teaching profession.
Teachers help students learn, usually at school or at school or elsewhere such as outside.
The goal is often achieved through informal or systematic learning, which includes a reading lesson and a curriculum that teaches skills, knowledge or thinking skills. Different teaching methods are often called pedagogy. In deciding which teaching method to use, consider the background of students, their environment, their learning objectives and the curriculum as determined by the relevant authority. Most of the time, teachers help out-of-class learning by accompanying students on field trips. The increasing use of technology, especially the proliferation of the Internet over the past decade, has begun to shape the way teachers deal with their roles in the classroom.

The goal is usually a course of study, a curriculum, or a practical skill. The teacher may follow the prescribed curricula as determined by the relevant authority. The teacher may interact with students of different ages, from infants to adults, students with different skills and students with learning disabilities.

Teaching using pedagogy includes assessing students' level of education with specific skills. Understanding student pedagogy in the classroom involves using different instructions and guidance to meet the needs of all students in the class. Pedagogy can be thought of in two ways. First, teaching itself can be taught in many different ways, therefore, using the teaching method of teaching methods. Second, the student's teaching method becomes effective when the teacher assesses the students' teaching diversity and classifies each student accordingly. For example, an experienced teacher and parent define a teacher's place of learning as follows: "A great deal of real learning comes from self-study and problem solving with a lot of feedback on that loop. for all of us. We got off the bench and into the game. "
